1. No General Returns or Refunds

All orders placed on JMD Puja Samagri are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, quantity mistakes, address mistakes, or personal preference after checkout.

Please check product details, quantity, delivery address, phone number, and payment method carefully before placing the order.

2. Sacred and Personal-Use Products

Many items sold on this store are used for puja, sanskar, dharmik kriya, or personal spiritual use. For hygiene, sanctity, and handling reasons, these items cannot be taken back once ordered or delivered.

• Janeu, yagyopavit, rudraksha, or wearable sacred items.
• Sanskarit or mantrocharit products.
• Puja samagri, havan samagri, and other dharmik-use products.
• Opened, used, touched, or handled items.

3. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, has a missing item, or contains a wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please share your order ID, package photos, product photos, and a short description of the issue.

After review, we may offer a suitable resolution such as replacement, correction, or support guidance depending on the case. This exception does not apply to opened or used products unless the issue is clearly related to delivery damage or an incorrect item.

4. Order Cancellation

Once an order has entered preparation or dispatch processing, cancellation may not be possible. If you need help with a newly placed order, contact support as early as possible with your order ID.

5. Cash on Delivery Orders

For COD orders, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and pay the exact order amount. Repeated refusal of COD orders may affect future COD availability.
